The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcoholic products and for specific knowledge of his or her state's, county's, or local laws concerning alcoholic beverage shipment. By placing an order with River Fruit Wine Company, LLC, the buyer expressly authorizes River Fruit Wine Company, LLC to legally act as agent on the buyer's behalf to engage a common carrier as the delivery service for the order and that it is legal for an out-of-state buyer to receive alcoholic products by common carrier at the address provided by the buyer.

- Shipping & Delivery
Wine parcels cannot be left on premises without an adult signature. Unfortunately we are not able to ship wine to the following States: Arkansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Nevada, and Utah. To ship to Alabama you must have prior approval from the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board. Use the Liquor Import tab found on their site.
All alcoholic beverage products purchased from River Fruit Wine Company, LLC are sold in the State of Florida, and title passes to the buyer in Florida immediately at the time of sale. This applies to all sales whether by Internet, E-Mail, phone, or in person at the Winery.
Because of the myriad and ever-changing laws governing the shipment of alcoholic beverages to different states, counties and local governments and the lack of any seeming uniformity and opinions of constitutionality, River Fruit Wine Company, LLC makes no representation as to the legal rights to ship or import alcoholic beverages into any state outside of Florida.
